About Me

My name is Siddhanth Jayaraj Ajri. Most people call me 'Sidd' or 'Siddhanth' or 'Ajri'. I am from the city of Bangalore in India. I am currently pursuing my MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Previously, I've held a Full-time position as a Project Engineer at Wipro in their Open Source Software department, as part of the CTO Office. I also hold an undergraduate Bachelor's in Engineering degree (B.E.) in Computer Science Engineering from PESIT Bangalore South Campus, having graduated in August 2020.

My main areas of interest/expertise are Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Full-Stack development and DevOps. My goal is to build my career in the intersection of these domains, creating Production ready, full-stack ML applications that are designed keeping in mind best practices of software engineering. I'm also a proponent of Open Source and try to contribute to the OSS community as much as possible.

As for my hobbies, I'm an avid sports fan and try to stay up to date on the latest happenings in Football/Soccer, Cricket and Badminton. I also enjoy hitting the gym and playing FIFA on the Playstation in my free time.

Skills

Full Stack (Web)

Proficient in application development (mostly for web interfaces), with working knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem, such as Node, Angular, React, Mongo, Express and Python web frameworks such as Flask and Django. Exposure to Spring Boot microservice development.

Machine Learning

Experienced in foundations of ML, Neural Networks, NLP and programming ML concepts using Python, Scikit-Learn, Keras, Pandas, Tensorflow, PyTorch, leveraging pre-trained models like VGG16, ResNet etc.

Data Science & Analytics

Expertise in Python-based libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib for data visualization and analytics. Experience working with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Stack for developing custom dashboards for analytics, reporting and reviewing purposes.

DevOps

Comfortable with version control to track projects and using Git/GitHub. Experienced with Docker, beginner level knowledge with interest in diving deeper into Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes.
